About the Role:

As a key member of our Engineer team, you will report to the Site Engineering Manager. You will be part of a dynamic multi-skilled team that is responsible for supporting production and the warehouse department through consistent professional delivery of effective and efficient maintenance to maximize equipment availability and uptime. Responsible for routine maintenance and inspection, troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and rectification on all plant equipment including automated & PLC controlled equipment and site services (compressors, wastewater treatment, and boiler room) across all areas of the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and root cause analysis on a wide range of equipment. Work with automated and PLC-controlled systems, including compressors, wastewater treatment, and boiler room services. Use CMMS for task tracking and spare parts management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contractors to drive continuous improvement. Ensure safety compliance and contribute to a culture of innovation and reliability.

What We're Looking For:

Electrically biased, multi-skilled engineer (18th Edition desirable). Experience in high-speed manufacturing or processing environments. Strong troubleshooting skills with knowledge of PLCs (Siemens), inverter drives, servo systems, and instrumentation. Mechanical skills in pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, and welding (a bonus). NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, apprentice-trained.
