We are looking for a Shift Engineer to join our team at Lion Plaza.



Working as a Shift Engineer you will be responsible for day-to-day servicing of the Mechanical & Electrical Infrastructure within the Building services team.

What you'll do:



Day to day servicing of the Mechanical & Electrical Infrastructure and the ability to carry out breakdown maintenance on mechanical & electrical systems/equipment To assist with carrying out sub-contractor inductions and putting people to work Assist and cover for the lead shift engineer when required To assist with any works requested by the technical services manager through to completion. To attend reactive calls with contractual SLA

What you'll bring to the role:



Complete all tasks, including paperwork/eLogbook's, accurately and on time; always maintaining a high standard To assist the Technical Services Manager & Lead Shift Engineer to achieve and always maintain full statutory compliance Ensure client satisfaction and operational expectations To ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements To ensure all logbooks/records are kept up to date To maintain stock levels and advise when orders need to be made To understand and complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time
