Are you an experienced Registered Nurse (NMC Pin Required) looking for a new challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to join as a Shift In-charge Nurse, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care and making a real difference in residents' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of nurses during shifts, ensuring high-quality patient care. Oversee the delivery of care for patients requiring Complex care, tracheostomy care, ventilator support, tissue viability, and PEG management. Act as a point of contact for clinical and operational concerns during shifts. Administer and monitor complex care procedures, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices. Provide training and support to junior nurses and healthcare assistants. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of patient progress and concerns

Requirements:

Must have right to work in the UK (No Sponsorship available) Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN Excellent teamwork, leadership, and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 45,000.00-50,000.00 per year
