Your Responsibilities will include but are not limited:
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, delegate and encourage the performance of your team during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the store.
- Oversee and implement the 'Bru Spec' amongst all food and beverage production.
- Train and develop new staff, providing guidance and feedback
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment following strict EHO guidelines.
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a supervisory role within hospitality is advantageous but NOT essential as we want someone with a passion to learn.

Pay: Up to 24,835.00 per year
