The Role



Organising production for the shift, including setting up machinery and ensuring smooth running for the shift. Liaising with the scheduling team to ensure orders go out on time.

Ensure occasional goods in & goods out are running to plan, helping resolve any issues

Regular Contact with Senior Management team

Must work with the team around them in order to achieve Warehouse harmony. Provide daily updates/ briefs to the team.

Update production figures regularly throughout the shift, make adjustments to keep on target.

Focus on quality of production.

Strong focus on Health & Safety. Ensuring risk assessments are kept to including leading by example, checking PPE and implementing new improved methods. Ensure Inductions & training is completed.

Liaise with Fork Lift Drivers to ensure stock is ready for next day's production and the warehouse is tidy for next shift. Ensure the Production area is clean at the beginning and end of the day.

Leading and motivating a regular team, with larger numbers of additional staff in busy periods.

Wide range of additional tasks to ensure warehouse runs smoothly, production met and goods in and goods out function effectively.

Previous experience of managing a team would be beneficial

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 32,000.00-35,000.00 per year
