Shift Leader

to help keep things running smoothly.

The Role

As a Shift Leader, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the shop. From opening in the morning to cashing up at night, you'll ensure everything runs like clockwork. You'll lead by example, supporting the team, keeping standards high, and making sure our customers leave with a smile (and a pasty in hand!).

Responsibilities:

Opening and closing the shop securely Baking our pasties and pies to perfection Handling cashing up and till procedures Leading and supporting the team on shift Delivering excellent customer service Maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards

What We're Looking For:

Experience in retail, hospitality, or food service (supervisory experience a bonus) Reliable, organised, and confident with responsibility A team player with great communication skills Flexible with working hours, including weekends and bank holidays
