We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team in a hospitality setting. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing operations during their designated shifts, ensuring smooth service delivery and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Duties
Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service
Supervise food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety regulations
Manage shift schedules and allocate tasks efficiently
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the restaurant or hotel
Train new staff members on procedures and standards
Experience
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support a team effectively
Knowledge of food production processes and food safety regulations
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
Proven ability to manage shifts smoothly and handle challenging situations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.70-13.00 per hour
