Job Description

his is a full-time, on-site role for a Shift Leader located in the Greater Liverpool Area. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining inventory. They will also coordinate events, handle customer inquiries, and manage the retail cafe operations. The Shift Leader will ensure the venue runs smoothly and efficiently during their shift.

Qualifications:

Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in retail or hospitality management Excellent customer service and communication skills Knowledge of trading card games, tabletop games, and board games is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. 35 hours per week Competitive Salary Being nerdy! Some social media experience (not required but helpful!) Event management experience (not required but helpful!)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
