We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of food quality and safety while providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Manage staff schedules, training, and development to maintain a motivated and efficient team.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality standards are met.
Handle POS transactions accurately
Maintain inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Assist in budgeting and cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency.
Collaborate with upper management on strategic initiatives for restaurant growth and improvement.
Skills
Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
