Summary

As a Shift Manager at Little Caesars Pizza, you will play a vital role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring that our high standards of food quality and customer service are met. Located in Great Britain, this position is essential for maintaining an efficient workflow and leading a team dedicated to delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards. Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service. Manage food preparation processes while ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Assist in training new staff on operational procedures and best practices. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during shifts. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Effective communication skills for interacting with staff and customers. Experience in food preparation or culinary arts is preferred but not required.
