Shift Manager

with prior experience in the fast-food industry to join our team and help us deliver the best possible customer experience.

Role Overview



As a Shift Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the restaurant during your shifts, ensuring smooth operations, excellent service, and team productivity. You will lead by example, motivate the crew, and maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and customer care.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and supervise team members during shifts to ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations. Oversee food preparation, order accuracy, and adherence to brand standards. Manage cash handling, till reconciliations, and store opening/closing procedures. Maintain food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards. Train, coach, and support team members to achieve targets and follow procedures. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally. Report shift performance and any issues to the Store/General Manager. Supervise and coordinate daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and food quality. Manage staff performance, including training, development, and scheduling. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency and adherence to recipes. Handle cash management and POS operations efficiently using POS systems. Conduct inventory control to ensure proper stock levels and minimize waste. Implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist in budgeting and cost control measures to maximize profitability. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Participate in hiring processes, including interviewing potential candidates

Requirements



?

Essential:



Proven experience in a

fast-food environment

(supervisor, team leader, or similar role). Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick decisions. Knowledge of food hygiene, health & safety standards. Reliable, punctual, and a team player.

Preferred:



Experience with rota planning and inventory control. Basic understanding of KPIs and cost control.
Salary will defer from the job avaiability such as part-time or full-time.

Part time: 12.21 per hour (as per age criteria)

Full time: between 17,500-32,000 annually.

No sposnership available.



Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 22,000.00-32,500.00 per year
