Shift patterns: 06:00 - 14:00 then 14:00 - 22:00

Location: Stanford Le Hope SS17 9FF

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements across the site Direct the daily activity to ensure a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for team members Take proactive approach to ensure housekeeping is managed and maintained to goods manufacturing practice Facilitate effective communication - verbally and written Ensure company policies are communicated, applied and enforced ,all staff to be briefed with all updates and changes . Work in collaboration with Line Manager to ensure all training needs are completed In line with DHL standard Effective communication with team and customers (written and verbally)

Excellent organisational skills Minimum of 1 year experience of team management Good analytical and numerical skills Excellent interpersonal, leadership, motivation and planning skills Excellent communicator (verbal & written Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements Knowledge of Co-pack production - desirable Production experience - desirable Good problem solving skills Leadership and management experence -Essential
