Job Description
Starbucks is a global coffee company with over 30,000 stores in 80 countries. We are looking for a highly motivated Shift Supervisor to join our team in the Northern Ireland. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of Baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve daily sales targets.
Supervisor responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of Baristas to provide exceptional customer service Ensure the store is clean, well-stocked and meets health and safety standards Manage inventory and stock levels, placing orders when necessary Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food products Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Train new team members and develop existing team members' skills

Pay: 12.55-13.20 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
