Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Shift Supervisor to join our team in overseeing daily operations at Starbucks. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, and team management.
Duties
Supervise and coordinate partners during shifts Ensure efficient service operations Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness Provide leadership and guidance to team members Oversee inventory management and ordering processes
Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting Strong leadership and supervisory skills Knowledge of food safety regulations Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Proficiency in kitchen operations and bar tending is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.80-13.20 per hour
