We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. As a Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Your leadership will inspire the team to provide an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen and service staff during shifts to ensure efficient operations. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas of food production and preparation. Assist in cooking, food preparation, and bartending as needed, demonstrating culinary skills and knowledge. Train, mentor, and lead team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to maintain adequate stock for food production. Implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency while adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality sector is essential. Strong culinary skills with experience in food production and preparation; familiarity with bartending is a plus. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is required. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.50-16.00 per hour
