Shift Team Leader

to join our friendly team at our popular riverside restaurant and pub.

Nestled on the banks of the river, our venue is known for its relaxed atmosphere, seasonal menus, and exceptional hospitality. Whether it's a sunny afternoon on the terrace or a busy weekend evening, no two days are the same - and we love it that way!

What You'll Do:

Lead, support, and motivate a team of front-of-house staff during busy shifts Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold our high service standards Provide hands-on support to the floor and bar team when needed Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally Assist with training new staff and fostering a positive team culture Maintain a safe and clean environment for staff and guests
What We're Looking For:

Experience in hospitality and in a supervisory or team leader role Confident, calm, and approachable leadership style A genuine love of customer service and teamwork Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 30 per week
