Platts Agriculture Ltd is a market-leading UK manufacturer and supplier of quality animal bedding and cubicle conditioner products for the agricultural industry. In business for over 50 years, we supply a variety of organisations including farms, Universities and stables throughout the UK and Ireland.
We are a member of both the Disability Confident and Armed Forces Employer Recognition Schemes, priding ourselves on being a caring and responsible employer. As a family run business, we understand that our Platts People, some of whom have been part of our company since the very beginning, are at the heart of what we do. We value staff, provide a variety of development opportunities and offer a unique monthly health and wellbeing allowance.
We are committed to supporting our community, recruiting locally wherever possible; providing work experience opportunities for local Schools and Colleges and working with organisations like the Army Cadets and Cub Scouts.
Working alongside the agricultural industry, we take our environmental stewardship seriously. We have a robust net zero strategy focusing on responsible sourcing and reducing waste and a Drastic Plastic Action Plan to reduce the impact of plastic on the environment and human health. At our Parkleigh office we have cultivated Platts Pasture, a wildflower meadow, and our Green Team helps keep our Industrial Estate clean and tidy.
