Shipping Coordinator | Global Brand | North West London | Salary up to \xc2\xa337,000 + Great Benefits

Zachary Daniels are excited to be partnering with a fast growing brand who are market leaders in their industry. We are seeking a driven and passionate Shipping Co-ordinator to lead efficient administrative and clerical support to the shipping teams.

The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, be self-motivated and hands-on with previous exposure to working within a similar environment.

The role as Shipping Coordinator:

• Producing and checking essential shipping documentation required by customers and suppliers, including customs documentation.
• Updating and maintaining accurate shipping information in our Freight software database.
• Assisting with transport arrangements by sea, air and road.
• Dealing with customers enquiries relating to orders, shipment and deliveries.
• Responsible for the input of export customs entries in SAP (training will be provided)
• Providing liaison between the company, Road / Air / Sea Carrier and HMRC.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Ad-hoc administrative duties as and when required.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Good knowledge of SAP (advantageous)
• Good knowledge of export and import documentation.
• Good computer skills and competent with Microsoft Office programmes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Shipping Coordinator package:

• The salary offered is be up to \xc2\xa337,000 + great company benefits
