About the Role




Shoots Marketing Team Leader Reporting to the Director of Business Development


What does the role involve?




Drive consistent and robust marketing campaigns and deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all activities are fully compliant with legislation, internal policies, and the organisation's strategic approach. This is a hands-on role that requires great organisation and the ability to lead and manage the Shoots marketing team, coordinating their efforts in the planning, development, and implementation of innovative campaigns that support the company's objectives. Utilise advanced marketing knowledge and proven experience to ensure all campaigns are targeted, effective, and aligned with best practice. Work in partnership with the Business Development Team to maximise sales and marketing opportunities, and to ensure clear visibility of vacancies and the Shoots brand, as well as continually seeking to improve conversion rates and drive sales. Present the company at the forefront of its sectors, championing equal opportunities, health & safety, and the sharing of best practice across all channels. Demonstrate strong leadership by role modelling professional standards, providing support, training, and guidance to the marketing team, and delegating tasks effectively to empower others and drive high performance. Collaborate with Management and Directors to promote a coordinated, professional organisation that is committed to continuous improvement and Shoots to excellence in all areas.

What are we looking for?




Minimum of three years' marketing experience. Level 3 marketing qualification is required; a marketing degree is desirable. Proven experience in at least two of the following areas: Google campaigns, email marketing, or social media campaigns. Must have hands-on experience with AI software in a marketing context. Self-motivated, reliable, enthusiastic, and a collaborative team player able to work effectively under pressure. Maintains professionalism and demonstrates discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information. Strong leadership skills with the capability to network effectively with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders. Excellent administration skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). High level of commercial awareness with a keen focus on delivering measurable, cost-effective results. Extensive marketing knowledge, including expertise in social media advertising, PPC campaigns, analytics, and detailed reporting. Skilled in creating content and artwork for both online and print media, with experience using Canva and InDesign. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud or similar industry-leading design software suites. In-depth understanding of HTML, CSS, and web content authoring. Strong ability to leverage social media platforms and multimedia content effectively. Demonstrated ability to manage a varied workload, handle expectations, and prioritize conflicting tasks. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with confidence to positively challenge and influence others. Commitment to completing all mandatory and desirable training relevant to the role, and dedicated to continuous professional development (CPD). Adherence to all company policies and procedures at all times.
