This is an amazing opportunity to join Emerald Home Improvements as a canvassing team leader.

We are the fastest growing home improvements company in the East Midlands and have been running continuously for nearly 18 years giving you a secure job.

We provide training and support to all of our staff on a regular basis and we offer a fantastic pay deal for the right person.

We are looking for an experienced door canvassing team leader with their own car and who can take there team out knocking for a minimum of 4 hours per day, 6 days per week.

This is a self employed position as a canvassing team leader.

Our ideal candidate will have a dynamic personality and passionate about sales and marketing. The successful person will show motivation and determination to work on own their initiative as well as training and motivating a team.

On a daily basis we would expect the successful candidate to undertake the following.

Planning the areas to knock Taking team out and bringing them back Tracking results and progress of the team Communicating with the office Training and supporting new team members Pulling your own leads
The pay structure includes.

350 per week Dem money - Paid weekly Commission - Paid weekly Override on team sales - Paid weekly Regular competitions and staff events 50K+ on track earnings
