We are an award-winning chain of independent greeting card, stationery & gift shops and Main branch Post Offices in the Greater Glasgow area. We're looking for enthusiastic, proactive and reliable Customer Service Assistants with common sense and an eye for detail to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a warm, friendly and outgoing personality to welcome and engage with our customers. First-class customer experience is crucial to our business so you should love working face-to-face with the public.
Great literacy, numeracy and selling skills are really important, and candidates must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. You need to be a clear, concise and confident communicator to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities of this role include:
Developing and maintaining a high level of product knowledge
Advising customers on products and services to meet their specific requirements
Replenishing and merchandising stock
Picking, packing and dispatching online orders
Reconciling stock and cash
Complying with security procedures
Keeping the shop floor clean and standards high across the branch.
Developing and maintaining a high level of product knowledge across all Post Office services
Advising customers on postal services to meet their specific requirements
Providing foreign exchange services and selling travel-related products
Business and personal banking transactions
Processing DVLA vehicle tax and licence applications
Checking and processing passport applications
You'll be joining a passionate and creative team who want to draw on your talent in driving forward our business vision, as well as supporting you to grow with us as we continue to expand.
You must be available and flexible to work shifts during our core service hours, which are currently Monday to Saturday, from 09.00 to 18.00.
