Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shop Assistant/Body Piercer to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently on the shop floor but also work well in a team. Training for body piercing is provided and previous experience is not needed. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to upsell various services, including body jewellery, aftercare solution and jewellery upgrades. The Shop Assistant will also be responsible for managing social media accounts to enhance our online presence too.

Duties

Greet and assist customers as they enter the shop, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage front till operations, including scheduling appointments and handling piercing enquiries. Provide information about services offered, upselling where appropriate to maximise customer satisfaction. Perform ear and body piercing services to a high level of service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the shop and studio environment to ensure a professional appearance. Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content and responding to customer interactions online. Work well with team members to enhance overall client experience and service.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.79-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
