Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries. Maintain an organised and tidy shop environment, ensuring products are well-displayed. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Restock shelves and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability. Assist with deliveries and the arrangement of stock as required. Provide information about products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy. Collaborate with team members to achieve shop goals and maintain a positive atmosphere.

Skills

Proficiency in English is essential; bilingual skills in Spanish or other languages are highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. A friendly and approachable demeanour that fosters a welcoming environment for customers. Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
