Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the shop, including shelves, displays, and stockrooms. Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries, restocking shelves, and conducting stock checks. Process transactions accurately at the till and handle cash responsibly. Provide product information and recommendations to customers, enhancing their shopping experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service. Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Support promotional activities and assist in setting up displays as needed.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential. A friendly and approachable demeanour with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Good organisational skills with attention to detail to maintain shop standards. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends if required.
