Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding products and services.
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the shop, ensuring that displays are tidy and well-stocked.
Process transactions accurately at the till, handling cash and card payments efficiently.
Provide product information and recommendations to customers, enhancing their shopping experience.
Assist in receiving deliveries, unpacking stock, and restocking shelves as needed.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Requirements
Strong communication skills in English
Previous experience in retail or customer service is desirable but not essential.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
A friendly and approachable demeanour, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
