Retail Assistant

to join our team at our new

shop in Queens Market, Rhyl

.

About the Role:



As a Retail Assistant, you will be the face of the Aber Falls brand--helping customers discover our award-winning Welsh spirits, offering tasting experiences, and ensuring a welcoming and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Deliver excellent customer service with product knowledge and enthusiasm Assist with tastings and offer guidance on our gins, liqueurs, and whiskies Handle sales transactions and manage stock Maintain a clean, well-presented and inviting retail space Support the team with merchandising and promotional activity

We're Looking For:



A friendly and outgoing personality Passion for food & drink, especially spirits and local produce Confidence in engaging with customers and telling the Aber Falls story Flexibility to work weekends and during busy periods Retail or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential - training provided) Must be 18+ to serve alcohol
