Do you have a passion for photography, creativity, and great customer service? Join our friendly team at Snappy Snaps Soho, one of London's busiest and most established photo printing stores.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Shop Assistant to help our customers bring their memories to life -- from instant prints and personalised gifts to photo restoration and framing.

What you'll do

Welcome customers and provide excellent service at all times Handle photo printing orders (digital, film, large format, and personalised products) Assist with photo gifts, scanning, passport photos, and online orders Operate photographic and printing equipment, including Noritsu film processors and large-format printers (full training provided) Keep the shop clean, organised, and well-presented Support the manager with stock control, merchandising, and promotions
What we're looking for

Friendly, positive attitude and great communication skills Confidence in dealing with customers face-to-face Good attention to detail and willingness to learn Computer skills and an interest in photography or printing Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not essential
