As a Shop Assistant, your role will be diverse. From assisting customers and managing inventory to maintaining store aesthetics, each day will bring new challenges and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, making them feel valued and welcome from the moment they step in.
Assist customers in finding products, offering recommendations, and providing information about promotions or special offers.
Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store layout that facilitates easy navigation for customers.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling payments, returns, and exchanges with a smile.
Stay informed about product features, trends, and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed professionally.
Collaborate with team members to ensure shelves are adequately stocked and neatly arranged.
Contribute to a clean and sanitized store environment by assisting with routine cleaning tasks.
Support with Food preparation and cleaning
Qualifications:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Friendly, approachable, and patient attitude.
Strong problem-solving abilities to handle customer concerns effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Basic math skills for processing transactions.
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
