Job Description

As shop assistant you will be at the forefront of our store driving customer service. It is your job to provide help and assistance to the customer to ensure they find everything they need whilst in our store.

Evenings 5-10pm on set days through week/weekend

Here is what to expect to be doing:

Maximise sales by delivering excellent customer service.

Till operation and cash handling.

Controlling and repleneshing stock levels.

Maintaining security within the store according to company procedures.

Ensure all store standards inlcuding customer service, health and safety and food and hygiene are maintained.

General cleaning duties.

To maintain and update administration according with existing procedures.

To be helpful/friendly and feel comfortable working with the public.

To be enthusiastic, commited and self motivated.

Have a flexible approach to working hours

Previous experience is retail is prefered but not essential.

Full training will be provided to the chosen candidate.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Stockton-on-Tees: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:

Retail sales: 1 year (preferred) customer service: 1 year (preferred)
