We are recruiting

construction operatives

to work on

retail fit-out and installation projects

across the UK. This is a practical, site-based role suited to individuals with construction, shopfitting, or installation experience who are comfortable working nationwide on live construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out installation and fit-out works in retail environments Assemble components and fixtures in line with construction drawings and method statements Read and follow technical drawings, site instructions, and step-by-step guides Identify defects, installation issues, or site constraints and report them to the appropriate managers. Work safely and efficiently to meet programme deadlines Maintain high standards of workmanship, health & safety, and site housekeeping

What We're Looking For

Experience working on construction or fit-out sites (retail, commercial, or similar) CSCS Green Card (essential) Strong understanding of working on live construction sites Ability to work from drawings and site instructions Good problem-solving skills and ability to make practical on-site decisions Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Able to work independently and as part of a site team Flexible to work

day and night shifts

Willing to travel nationwide

Certifications

CSCS Green Card (required) Asbestos Awareness Fire Awareness First Aid (desirable) Full UK driving licence desirable but not essential
