The job is located within the independently operated holiday site shop in Hayle. It begins in March 2026, with online company training to be completed before in store specific training begins.
The job will entail but not limited to;
Keeping an eye on the store in the manager's absence
Delivering great customer service
Helping customers
Stocking up
Stock rotation
Cash handling
Shop tidying and cleaning
Cashing up
Provide training, coaching and mentoring to all employees
The role will include evenings and weekends.
Over 18s only due to sale of age restricted products
Experience within a retail environment essential and full training will be given to the successful candidate. The ideal candidate will be a leader and committed to customer service and achieving quality standards within the given deadlines, have strong organisational and communication skills. Must be confident to be left on their own looking after the shop on their own
This is a seasonal fixed term contract, hours do vary due to time of season. We are flexible as much as possible around other commitments within reason.
The successful candidate will help maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all customers and deliver the highest standards of customer service at all times
