Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily shop operations to ensure smooth functioning. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of staff members to achieve sales targets. Oversee inventory management, including stock control and merchandising. Implement effective sales strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Maintain high standards of customer service through effective training and support. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the shop environment. Foster a welcoming atmosphere for customers by maintaining cleanliness and organisation.
