WHOCULT, an exciting and rapidly growing donut and shake shop, is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Cardiff bay location! This is our 7th store, and we're excited to bring our unique donuts, coffee and freak shakes to the area. Key Responsibilities:

- Shop Operations: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing the store, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

- Key Holder: Hold key responsibilities, including securing the store and managing access.

- Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and train a team of staff to provide top-notch customer service and maintain a positive work environment.

- Brand Adherence: Uphold and represent WHOCULT's brand standards, ensuring our unique products and store atmosphere are consistently showcased.

- Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

- Barista trained

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A passion for creating memorable customer experiences.

- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
