Use social media effectively to promote the shop, highlight new stock, advertise events, and engage with local supporters.
Create appealing and consistent content to raise the profile of the shop and increase footfall and donations.
Customer Experience
Set high standards for customer service, ensuring every visitor receives a warm, helpful, and memorable experience.
Lead by example, promoting a positive, customer-focused environment at all times.
Team Recruitment & Leadership
Recruit, train, motivate, and support a diverse team of volunteers.
Build an inclusive, enthusiastic, and supportive workplace culture where everyone feels valued.
