Shop Manager for Artisan Bakery

Loaf is looking for a proactive Shop Manager with particular responsibility for the front of house retail area and sales team.

In addition to a 'can do' attitude, you will need to be sales driven and have the ability to work effectively to create the right tone and 'personality' for the shop ensuring the highest quality experience for our customers.

There is scope in this role to use your creative flair to bring new ideas and innovation to the business.

You will provide support for the on-going training of staff members in order to maintain a knowledgeable and motivated team with the highest standards to provide an enthusiastic, fast, efficient and friendly service.

Working alongside the Kitchen Assistant, you will work towards achieving the shop sales targets through the execution of promotions, campaigns and other initiatives.

You must be committed to proactive sales techniques, in order to deliver on ambitious targets in a competitive bakery setting.

Importantly, an excellent eye for detail is imperative to ensure displays are consistent and follow the Loaf brand.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory/management experience preferably in a catering/food organisation.
