This role offers 40 hours and requires you to be fully flexible, including weekends on a rota basis.
What you will do
Lead and drive team to achieving sales and profit targets.
Work closely with Area Manager ensuring the store is running smoothly
Build relationships with volunteers to ensure they are engaged and involved in Keech events
Attend managers meetings in Keech Head Office
Handling till readings, balancing and banking
Hands on approach, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction is maintained by all staff.
Implement and maintain systems in line with Keech Hospice policies and procedures.
What you need to do it
Strong management/leadership experience are essential
Previous experience in similar retail role or an interest in working within the charity sector.
Excellent communication skills, strong team spirit, confidently being able to support a diverse team
