Shop Manager – Snappy Snaps
Job Description
Snappy Snaps Soho is looking for an experienced Shop Manager to lead our busy photo and print store. This role is ideal for someone with retail management experience who also has hands-on technical knowledge of photography services.
What you'll do:
Manage day-to-day store operations and lead a small team.
Deliver excellent customer service and handle queries professionally.
Drive sales, stock control and store presentation.
Operate and maintain digital printing equipment and kiosks.
Develop colour and black & white film using Noritsu machines, including film scanning and machine maintenance.
What we're looking for:
Retail management or supervisory experience.
Strong leadership and customer service skills.
Experience with film processing and Noritsu machine operation.
Organised, reliable and able to problem-solve under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 15.00-16.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
