Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shop Supervisor to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Duties:

-Managing Budget.

-Dealing with Customer Queries and Complaints.

-Overseeing Pricing and Stock Control.

-Preparing Promotional Material and Display.

-Ordering stock and making sure items are on the shelves and displayed attractively.

-Participating in the hiring process for new employees including interviewing, recommending the best candidates, suggesting starting pay rates, and training new employees.

-Inspiring the team to do their best by being a role model and an authoritative example of their possible future with the company.

-Helping customers with difficulties.

Skills:

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational abilities to maintain store operations efficiently
- Leadership qualities to motivate and guide the team towards success
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as reporting and record-keeping
- Ability to sell products effectively and drive revenue growth
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for effective communication with diverse customers
- Knowledge of sales management techniques to boost profitability
