Hours: 20-25 hours per week (Mix of early Mornings & evening closing)

Job Role Description:

We are seeking a reliable and flexible team member to work

20-25 hours per week

, with a

mix of early morning and evening closing shifts

. This part-time position requires someone who is comfortable working varied hours and can adapt to the changing needs of the schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Supervise, motivate, and support sales assistants or floor staff.

Customer Service:

Ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered.

Opening/Closing Duties:

Handle daily store operations including cash handling, opening, and closing procedures.

Stock Management:

Oversee stock levels, deliveries, and merchandising.

Reporting:

Provide feedback to management and assist with performance reports or stock analysis.

Ideal Candidate:

Available for a combination of

early morning

6am

start, 5 hrs shift

(Mon, Wed & Fri)

and

evening closing shifts (2 days in a week) 5pm till 8pm

Punctual, dependable, proactive & teamwork skills

Experience: Typically, 1-2 years in retail, with some leadership experience preferred.
