Shop Supervisor
Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a Shop Supervisor to join our team in assisting with daily operations and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be a reliable individual with a passion for helping customers and supporting the smooth running of the shop. Duties - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop floor - Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively - Process customer transactions accurately using the till system - Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment - Support the Shop Manager in daily tasks as required Skills - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues - Ability to work well in a team environment and on your own- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate stock management - Daily ordering within the business as well as ordering from external companies. Opening and closing of the whole premises, cashing up procedures. creating prices using Eureka program, If you are enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a welcoming shop environment, we would love to hear from you!
