About the role:

We're opening a brand-new That Leisure Shop in Wellington near Taunton and are looking for a

Shop Supervisor

to help lead the team and ensure smooth daily operations.

As Shop Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day management of the shop, support and guide the team, and deliver excellent customer service at all times. You will maintain stock levels and merchandising standards to create a welcoming, organised shopping environment.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the shop team to achieve daily tasks and sales targets Deliver outstanding customer service, resolving customer queries and issues efficiently Oversee stock management including deliveries, merchandising, and replenishment Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised store environment Pick, pack, and prep online orders for collection/Despatch as required Work closely with management to drive the success of the store

About you:

Previous retail experience is essential, ideally in a supervisory role Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team Excellent customer service and communication skills Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise tasks effectively Knowledge of motorhomes, camping, or leisure products is an advantage but not essential Comfortable with physical aspects of the role, such as lifting and moving stock when required

Hours:

Full time, permanent. 5 days per week including Saturdays. Exact working hours to align with shop opening times (approx. 9am - 6pm).

Salary:

Living Wage as a minimum and depending on experience.

Start date:

August 2025. Interviews planned for mid-July.
