Part-Time Community Shop Supervisors (x2) - Monmouth
12.58/hr | Approx. 30 hrs/week | Flexible rota

Bridges Charity Shop is looking for two enthusiastic part-time supervisors to join our team and make a real difference every day!
What you'll do:
Run the shop - open, close, and keep it looking amazing Manage donations, stock, and shop displays Lead and support our amazing volunteers Help drive sales and maximise income for a great cause Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience
What we're looking for:
Friendly, organised, and enthusiastic Retail or customer service experience Confident with cash and supervising a team Team player with a can-do attitude
