Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of our Builders Merchant shop. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Shop Supervisor, you will play a vital role in driving sales, and maintaining an organised and efficient shop floor.

Duties

Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and organisation of merchandise displays. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with management to develop promotional strategies that drive sales growth. Maintain an organised work environment, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met. Assist in administrative tasks such as processing orders, and maintaining records.

Experience

Experience in Building the industry would help. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of shop management. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are advantageous. Experience in sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets is preferred. A background in administrative tasks related to retail operations is beneficial.

Pay: 31,500.00-34,000.00 per year
