We are looking for an experienced Supermarket Shelf Stacker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our supermarket shelves are properly stocked with products, and that they are properly arranged and displayed for customers. The ideal candidate MUST have experience in a similar role in another supermarket and must be familiar with our products - Polish and Eastern European.
SHIFTS:
MON to SUN: 8.5 HOURS: 6.30-3pm and 3PM-10.30PM: 7.5hrs
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unpack deliveries of products
- Check merchandise for damages and expiry dates
- Stock shelves with new products
- Ensure that shelves are properly arranged and displayed
- Keep shelves and surrounding areas clean and tidy
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management of any shortages
- Update price labels and signage when required
- Deal with invoices and delivery notes
- Assist customers with product information and location
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Supermarket Shelf Stacker
- Familiarity with the products in our supermarket
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy boxes and products
- Availability to work MONDAY AND FRIDAY delivery days and weekends
