The Role

We are looking for

Shopfitting Operatives

to join our interior fit-out and refurbishment projects across the South East.

This role would suit someone with experience working on shopfitting or fit-out sites. A particular trade skill (such as painting, decorating, joinery, or similar) would be advantageous. Most importantly, we are looking for reliable, motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting trades and site teams with day-to-day tasks Preparing, handling, and moving materials safely Site setup, housekeeping, and maintaining safe working conditions Supporting fit-out activities including installations, finishes, and decorating work Skilled trades (e.g., painters, decorators, carpenters, joiners) to deliver high-quality workmanship on fit-out projects Complying with health & safety standards at all times

Requirements

Previous shopfitting/fit-out experience) Skilled workers should have proven trade experience (painters, decorators, carpenters, or similar) Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to teamwork Ability to work efficiently on fast-paced interior projects
