We are now recruiting for a

Shop/Kitchen Assistant

to join the team in

Launceston

. This is a

permanent

position working

part-time

(25-30 hours). Saturdays are on a rota basis.

Daily duties will include the following:

Serving customers in the shop in a polite and professional manner Front of house duties; making hot drinks, serving customers Baking our freshly made pasties and other pastry products Preparation of fresh food including hot and cold filled rolls Preparation of produce for the salad deli counter Organising food displays ready for sale Compliance with food hygiene and quality standards at all times Keeping customer dining areas clean Other duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the shop and kitchen

As a person you will require the following qualities:

Excellent communication skills Be reliable and punctual Be flexible with shifts to help provide cover during holidays and sickness Ability to work well in a team Enthusiastic and hardworking
