Your Role: Shopper Manager UK
As Shopper Manager, you'll be the voice of the shopper--translating insights into strategy and execution across multiple brands and retail channels. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure our products win at the point of sale, both online and offline.
What You'll Do
Shopper Strategy & InsightsOwn shopper profiles: where they buy, how they shop, what drives decisions Segment priority shoppers and identify growth barriers Align shopper strategy with brand positioning and category goals

In-Store ActivationLead initiatives across pricing, visibility, claims, sampling, and sell-out mechanics Collaborate with customer teams to deliver compelling trade propositions Guide merchandising and POS execution to ensure perfect store standards

Planning & PerformanceDevelop annual shopper plans by channel Size and manage BTL investments, ensuring ROI and budget alignment Monitor KPIs and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual performance

Leadership & CollaborationFoster a "can-do" culture and shopper-first mindset Build shopper capability across teams Champion customer-centric thinking and future retail trends

About You
EducationFormal qualification in higher education Degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or Consumer Behaviour preferred

ExperienceProven experience in Shopper Marketing Bonus: Experience in brand, sales, or trade marketing

Knowledge & SkillsFamiliarity with Promomats, PAGB, or other regulatory bodies Strong analytical and creative thinking Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement Resilient, growth-minded, and outcome-driven
