What youll do



Join Henkel's Consumer Brands Commercial Excellence team as a Shopper Marketing Graduate. Work with iconic brands such as Schwarzkopf, Got2b, LIVE, Dylon Detergent, Bloo and Colour Catcher. Identify, understand and articulate key category and shopper trends, missions, drivers of growth both nationally and by customer/channel. Identify and utilise available shopper marketing techniques to deliver business goals across all sales channels. Strong cross-functional interaction with both internal and external stakeholders, e.g. sales and marketing teams, agencies and customers. Collate and maintain activity plans across channels, to aid planning and provide clarity of shopper marketing activity for all stakeholders. Efficient project management to ensure that all tasks and activities are delivered on time and in line with budget. Support the review of shopper marketing activities to track performance against agreed goals/KPIs.

What makes you a good fit



You should graduate (before September 2026 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree from Business, Marketing or any related field. Previous experience in a multinational FMCG company is an advantage Passion for innovation and brands. Strong attention to detail and project management skills. Willingness to work in a diverse team and by set objectives. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Learning agility, proactiveness and high energy level. Good command of MS Office.
