Are you driven by a passion for healthcare and making a difference in people's lives? Bayer Consumer Health is seeking a Shopper Marketing Manager to join our team and help us deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with consumers and retailers alike.
Major Tasks:
- Create Compelling Campaigns: Develop innovative campaigns that align with Shopper & Retailer insights, ensuring a triple win for Bayer Consumer Health, our customers, and consumers/shoppers.
- Implement Excellence: Showcase your expertise in Omni-channel Excellence and Shopper activation programs to execute best-in-class initiatives.
- Brand Champion: Be the external brand champion, building trust and strong partnerships with key customers.
- Lead the Shopper Agenda: Actively participate in Local Category Teams to drive the shopper agenda forward.
- Build Relationships: Foster connections with Retailer 3rd party agencies to enhance planning and execution of activations across various brands, channels, and retail environments.
- Develop Solutions: Lead the creation of permanent and temporary equipment, cardboard solutions, and digital assets through collaboration with partner Shopper Agencies.
- Evaluate Campaigns: Support the evaluation of shopper marketing campaigns, focusing on ROI and KPI targets, and communicate findings across CH UK.
- Optimize Performance: Participate in the development of Stretch Plans to enhance in-year performance, ensuring a fair share of voice for shopper marketing activations.
- Track Spend: Oversee a budget of up to 2 million, evaluating expenditures for maximum impact and return.
Who Are You?
- You possess a proven ability to influence individuals and small teams, demonstrating your problem-solving skills.
- External customer experience is desirable, but equivalent internal experience is also valued.
- You have proficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Category Management functions.
- Your experience spans multiple categories and markets within both FMCG and Over The Counter environments.
- You have a strong understanding of the UK retail trade.
- You are educated to degree standard or can demonstrate equivalent capabilities.
- Your relationship-building skills are exceptional, complemented by excellent verbal and written presentation and communication abilities.
- You are numerate with a keen attention to detail.
- You can leverage market data to craft compelling selling stories and arguments.
