An exciting opportunity to join a newly invigorated department focused on the fast paced and growing Short Term rental market. The ideal candidate will be an independent, high achieving individual, able to stand out, create instant rapport, remain flexible and ultimately outperform through self-motivation and drive to see the department grow. Main duties:

• Working closely with the Head of Short Lets to identify new business opportunities and ideas to increase short let property stock levels and conversion rates.
• Promoting the Short Let department internally throughout the business by visiting branches, organise call-outs, attending managers meetings, building relationships with other departments, raising awareness amongst fee earners encouraging them to drive short let property stock levels in order to increase business opportunities.
• Having an in-depth understanding of the local markets and competitors across our network to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Ensuring that all stock and financial targets are met and are exceeded on a monthly basis.
• Managing customer feedback effectively and immediately addressing any highlighted areas of concern.
• Driving the Department to achieving the highest levels of customer service feedback from clients, suppliers and the Company.
• Pro-actively managing, maintaining and developing relationships with Colleagues, Landlords and Occupants.
• Applicant management and dormant stock chasing
• Ensuring cross-selling across departments and other products within the company, such as mortgages, tenancy management, and referring business to the other departments.
